Beef hotpot

Hey guys,  Today I will introduce a traditional food in Shantou, a beautiful coast city in southern China! ChaoShan Beef Hotpot, as known as the best hotpot in southern China, famous as the amazing taste and cutting skill.

It is hard to tell how everypart of it actually taste like. The only thing I can tell you is the beef are provided as fresh as possible, and all the parts got different ways to cook it for display it unique taste. So it is better to find a Chinese friend to help you to cook it!
