We all know that the Chinese food we have in western resturant is not the real Chinese traditional food. However, Do you know that there are 8 different cooking style in China? Those cooking styles are divided by the area.
Reasons:
Local products and customs, such as cattle and sheep in northern China, often to beef and mutton cooking; southern China prolific aquatic products, poultry, people like fish, meat; China coastal seafood, seafood cooking.
Climate reasons
