Peking Duck Pancakes
Hi Guys, I'm going to introduce you one of the best food I have ever eaten in my whole life, Peking Duck Pancakes.
Duck Pancake is usually served in Chinese Restaurants and come at least with 2 main courses. The first course is the skin and fat of the duck. It is served with 2 piece of onions with a table spoon of hoisin sauce. Then wrap it up and enjoy.
The second course is usually a dish which uses the remaining part of the duck. You could either roast the remaining duck or cook it with noodles. It's so good that you can't even stop wanting it again and again.
