In the beginning of China,the cooking culture has been considerable development.There are 8 different cuisine style in China, which are recognized as Sichuan, Guangdong, Jiangsu, Fujian, Zhejiang, Hunan, Anhui, Shandong cuisine, that is often said that China's "eight cuisine.
Jiangsu cuisine is divided into Su Cai, Zhejiang cuisine and Anhui cuisine.
Cantonese cuisine is divided into Cantonese, Fujian cuisine, Sichuan cuisine is divided into Sichuan and Hunan. Because Sichuan, Shandong, Guangdong, the four major cuisines formed a history earlier, and later, Zhejiang, Fujian, Hunan, emblem and other local dishes have gradually become famous, to form China's "eight cuisine."
You can have dumplings or Gong Bao Chicken in everywhere in China.However, Gong Bao Chicken is actually a Sichuang-Shandong mixed cuisine. And the dumpling stuff could be different in different area.
